About Us

Margie Wheelhouse Counseling and Therapy offers couples therapy, individual therapy, and coaching from her office in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood. Her practice supports people who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply in need of a little more support as they move through life. Margie works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and the kinds of everyday stressors that can quietly build up over time. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and non-judgmental, with a focus on helping people better understand what is hurting, uncover possible solutions, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and peace. Whether someone is trying to strengthen a relationship, process a difficult season, or feel more like themselves again, Margie offers a supportive space to do that work. She also provides coaching services and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
