Intelligentsia exists to provide both a fulfilling work environment for our employees and the highest quality products for our customers. Both goals are equally necessary to the success of our business.
The plan was simple: source great green coffee, roast daily, and serve extraordinary espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and tea. Doug Zell and Emily Mange had worked long hours planning and building their store.
