Spring Equinox Vision Boards

Join us at the start of each season to create a quarterly vision board at the Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and Fall Equinox. We will provide guidance to help you tune into the lessons of the season, practice being present with nature, and reflect upon the ways in which the external world translates to our inner selves.

According to science, looking at a vision board at least twice a day helps the brain become familiar with new things so it is less likely to resist change. Making a new board each season is not only refreshing, but also provides a visual record of the thoughts and goals that you have successfully manifested!

If you wish, bring something that helps you connect with and tune into the upcoming season. Examples would be something like a sea shell, a poem, or a special ornament.
