Mindfulness Movement Yoga
This class will incorporate yoga both standing and seated poses as well as a focus on breathing and exploring sensation and stillness. Yoga is a way to bring body/mind and breath together in the present moment, which can improve feelings of anxiety and fight flight or freeze response in the body.
