We'll spend the night dining and drinking on El Mariachi's patio with special guest speaker and field brand specialist, Dean Stojanov from Maestra Dobel Tequila. For only $50/person Dean will take Lakeview Supper Club members through a 3-course Agave Dinner (see below for menu). *Gratuity not included. Members can bring up to 4 guests at membership pricing.

1st Course

Ceviche de Camaron: Citrus marinated shrimp ceviche, red bell pepper, poblano pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mango, cilantro, avocado served over a plantain tostones

Paired with Smoked Sangrita: Shot of Humito Smoked Dobel Silver, shot of sangrita, slice of lime with worm salt.

2nd Course

Carne Asada Borracha: Negra Modelo marinated skirt steak served over a guajillo salsa, frijoles charros, queso panela asado and topped with a Creyente mezcal infused grilled pineapple, pico de gallo and grilled scallion.

Paired with a grilled Pineapple Guajillo Margarita: Maestro Dobel Silver Tequila, Creyente Mezcal, muddled grilled pineapple, guajillo infused agave, lime juice, gran gala orange liquor, chile piquin rimmed.

3rd Course

Tamal de Chocolate: Chocolate tamal, vanilla bean cream, raspberry sauce and seasonal berries
