Houndstooth Presents Griswold's Holiday Pop Up

Inspired by the holiday classic “National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation,” Houndstooth Saloon (3369 N. Clark St.) will debut the “Griswold’s at Houndstooth” Christmas pop-up beginning on Friday, November 19. The lively Wrigleyville country bar will transform into a holiday wonderland with wall-to-wall décor inspired by the film, a festive themed menu and special seasonal events.

Fans of “Christmas Vacation” will enjoy new food menu items and classic Griswold’s Cocktails such as Aunt Bethany’s Jell-O Mold Fishbowl, Cousin Eddie’s Eggnog, Lotta Sap, Clark’s Cocoa and Housemade mulled wine.
