A FREE adult make-n-take workshop to create your own spring container with gardening professionals from The Get Growing Foundation. Learn tips and tricks to create and care for spectacular containers all year round.
Thriller, filler and spiller is the theme for this potting party and you'll take home your creation to enjoy all spring. There is no fee to particiate, but donations to The Get Growing Foundation are welcome.
Children's Planting Party Kids will take home their very own vegetable or herb plant while they learn planting and care instructions.
Illinois Master Gardeners will be on hand with their bug zoo and are available to answer gardening questions.
811 Chicago will share information on safe digging and what to do when you're starting a gardening or construction project.
