The Point at Clark Street is managed by Inland Real Estate Corporation (IRC) which has an ownership interest in approximately 15 million square feet of market dominant shopping centers and the platform is growing. We have the largest shopping center portfolio in the Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan areas, two of the top U.S. markets.
