Tickets are only $45 (including tax and gratuity). Members can purchase up to 3 tickets. Dinner at Fancy Plants will be BYOB. Discounted wine will be available at Bottles Up! during the appetizer portion of the night.

Appetizers at Bottles Up!
1) Dates: Dates Wrapped in Eggplant Bacon stuffed with almond cheese
2) Deviled Potatoes: (like deviled eggs but with potato)
3) Buckwheat Blini: Topped with Cashew Creme-Fraiche and Kelp Caviar
Dinner at Fancy Plants Cafe
1) Cashew Burrata: Served with housemade sourdough bread.
2) Roasted Sunchoke Salad: Roasted sunchokes, smoked apples, and sorrel, served with nitrous-whipped cultured cashew cream
3) French Onion Soup: Onions slowly caramelized for 5 hours, deglazed with Champagne, and then cooked with an umami rich broth made from kombu and shiitakes. We top it with crusty bread, and a housemade melty cheese
4) Truffled Potato, Root Vegetable, and Lentil Roulade: Black beluga lentils, truffled mashed potatoes, and a root vegetable mirepoix rolled in a wheat dough, and baked. Sliced, seared, and served to you with broccolini and a red wine and beet sauce.
5) Blackberry Lemon Cashew Cheesecake: We make an excellent cashew based cheesecake, and this time we'll be making it with fresh blackberries and lemon.
