We've been surviving on Champagne recently, so we thought it'd be appropriate to teach a class on it.

Join us as we dive into this incredibly important region while tasting an incredible lineup of vintage, brut, rosé, and Grand Cru Champagne. At the end of class, we'll also teach you how to saber a bottle of sparkling! Because you need a new party trick.
