About Us
Frederic A. Banser, O.D. - Dr. Banser, a Chicago native, has provided quality eye care in the Chicago area since earning his degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. He has served as the Director of Contact Lens and Optical Services for Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Chicago and actively participates as a member of the American Optometric Association and Illinois Optometric Association, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Illinois Eye Institute for the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Banser mentors students in clinical instruction and evaluation and teaches lab courses in sensory aspects of vision. He provides comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and treatment of vision disorders and eye disease with a special interest in complex contact lens fits and corneal refractive therapy (CRT).
