Thursday Morning Yoga and Pilates at the Park
Bring your mat and get centered Thursday mornings at the Park. Every Thursday the Park offers free alternating Yoga and Pilates classes. Join Mindfuel Wellness for yoga, Pilates and Fuel Flow, their signature class that alternates between yoga and Pilates. These classes teach balance, strength and endurance, to help refine your muscles, restore tight and overworked muscles and improve overall wellness. Beloved local studio Bloom Yoga lead biweekly classes that integrate breathing exercises, postures, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
All participants must complete the Fitness Waiver Form. Please complete the form online in advance. Waiver forms will be available on site the day of each event.
