Union Full Board is the fourth concept by Union restaurant group Partners Heather Behm, Craig Golden, Steve Schwartz and Chef/Partner Vince DiBattista. Just steps away from Wrigley Field, and adjacent to the Wheelhouse Hotel, a luxury 21 room boutique hotel, Union Full Board presents a neighborhood-friendly restaurant and bar spanning over 1,200 square feet that comfortably seats 60. Headed by Chef/Partner Vince DiBattista the food program showcases the signature Detroit-style Pizza of Evanston’s beloved Union Pizzeria along with a wide variety of small plates and entrees with a focus on local and organic producers. The drink list includes many of Union’s classic signature cocktails, great local craft brews on tap, a sizable global beer list and an extensive wine list. Union's footprint extends to the hotel's fifth story with an expansive open-air rooftop overlooking the heart of Wrigleyville, which is available for private event bookings catered by Union as well as an amenity for the hotel.
